Browsing and correspondence
A browser sends a request to obtain a web page. That process can include technical details such as a network address and browser information. Reading a page does not itself mean emailing an identity document.
Emailing makes the address, message and attachments part of the correspondence. Send only what is needed to explain a question or correction. Consider other people's privacy before including their information.
Correction and removal requests
You can ask about correcting or removing information you sent by emailing [email protected]. Identify the earlier subject and date so the correspondence can be located. Avoid sending unnecessary identity documents to demonstrate the request.
Clearing local browser data does not recall email already sent. Ask about the particular information if retention or technical limits matter to you; this explanation does not promise a fixed retention period or immediate removal.
